How to make "Tom Yam Kung"
ingredients:
Prawn/Shrimp (Kung) : 10-15 pcs.
Kalangal (Kha) : 1 grm.
lemon grass (Ta Khai) : 2 grm.
Kaffer lime leaf (Bai Ma Kod) 6-7
lime juice (Nam Ma now) 2 tea spoon
red chili (Prik) 3-4 pcs.
garlic (Kra Tieam) 3-4 pcs.
Thai onion (Horm) 3-4 pcs.
Fish sauce (Nam Pla) 2 tea spoon
soup or water (Nam ) 400 ml
Cook it step by step:
- Slice kalangal lemon grass then put kaffer lime leaf red chili garlic onion into boil water/soup approx. 7 minute
- Then add prawn into soup boiling until cook well.
- Heat off then seasoning with fish sauce and lime juice may add sugar if like sweet.
- Fried rice : Khaw Pad
- stir fry chicken with cashew nut : Pad Med Ma Moung kai
- Shrimp plat : Tod Mon Kung
- Chicken curry : Kang Ped Kai
- Seafood curry : Kang Ped Ta lay
- Stir fry shrimp with coconut milk : Pa Nang Kung
